Role Overview
We are hiring a Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Consultant to design and implement scalable solutions for manufacturing clients. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud customization, ERP integrations, and solution architecture, along with solid knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud (Sales Agreements, Advanced Forecasting, Rebate Management, Account Planning).
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Design data models, security frameworks, and automation using Flows.
- Develop architecture blueprints and integration frameworks.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Experience with ERP integrations and API-based integrations.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes, forecasting, channel management, and rebate programs.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Domain Experience
- Discrete/Process Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, or Consumer Goods.
Nice to Have
- CRM Analytics (Tableau), Field Service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud Accreditation.
