Role Overview

The Salesforce Business Analyst acts as the key bridge between business users and Salesforce delivery teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce development teams.
  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.
  • Support integration requirement analysis, data mapping, and functional transformations.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and defect coordination.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Support end-user adoption through training sessions, demos, and user documentation.
  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, data governance, and security standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 2–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce exposure
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and reporting/visualization tools
  • Salesforce BA/Admin certification preferred
